TOMBALL TOLLWAY PHASE II AND SH 249 FRONTAGE ROAD
Lion Star is currently providing construction materials testing services in support of this project. Specific focus is given to standard quality assurance tests on concrete materials to determine compliance with HCTRA’s specifications. Services provided include specialty testing to check the strength of epoxy used for concrete pavement tie-ins. Approximately 3000 pull tests have been performed to verify epoxy strength. Inspections to verify the levelness and planeness of all elevated bridge slabs were also performed.
